Community Guidelines

Apna Jyotish is built to help you read your rashifal, understand your kundli, and seek guidance from pandits — with respect, not fear. These Community Guidelines apply to everyone using the Apna Jyotish app and related services. Violations may result in feature limits or account termination.

1. Be respectful

• Do not use Apna Jyotish to harass, bully, threaten, or demean anyone — including consultants.
• Do not demand guaranteed outcomes, or pressure a pandit to change a reading.
• Engage with support in good faith when reporting issues.

2. Use the Service honestly

• Provide birth details that are as accurate as you can. Charts depend on them.
• Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to abuse free trials or chats.
• Do not share another person's kundli or chat without their consent.

3. Protect privacy

• Do not share other users' personal information without consent.
• Do not dox, expose, or publish private information about another person.
• Treat consultant chats as private. Do not record or republish sessions without permission.
• Report suspicious or harmful behavior through official support channels.

4. Keep it legal and appropriate

• Follow the laws of your country when using the Service.
• Do not use the Service for illegal goods, services, or exploitation of any kind.
• Do not spam, automate abuse, or exploit bugs at scale.
• Do not treat astrological guidance as medical, legal, or financial advice, or pressure others to do so.

5. Responsible use of guidance

Rashifal, kundli, and consultant sessions are convenience and cultural tools. You are responsible for how you interpret them and for decisions you make in your own life. Guidance should never be used to coerce, scare, or control another person.

6. Reporting and enforcement

If you see abuse, policy violations, or safety concerns involving Apna Jyotish, report them to hello@capslockmarketplaces.com with relevant details.

We may investigate reports, restrict features, or ban accounts. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Updates

We may update these guidelines as the product evolves. Continued use of Apna Jyotish after updates means you accept the revised guidelines.
